This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your booking.1. Cancellation CustomerYou may cancel your confirmed booking at any time. The refund will depend on the time left before your scheduled pickup:

Note:
- All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway / bank charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation / Modification AtoZ Tours and TravelsWe reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking in rare cases due to:
- Vehicle breakdown or unavoidable technical issues
- Driver health emergency
- Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions
- Any other force majeure events
In such cases, we will offer you:
- A full refund, or
- An alternate vehicle of similar category at no extra cost
3. Airport Transfer & Outstation Taxi Bookings
- Airport transfers and outstation cabs follow the same cancellation slab mentioned above.
- Flight delay/cancellation: Customers must inform us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate new timings, subject to vehicle availability. Extra waiting charges may apply if the delay exceeds 2 hours.
4. Tour Packages & Multi-Day TripsFor sightseeing tours and multi-day packages:
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before departure: 90% refund
- Cancellation made 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation made less than 3 days before departure: No refund
