By booking our taxi services in Pondicherry, airport transfers, outstation cabs, or tour packages, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.1. Acceptance of TermsBy making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions along with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.2. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment or full payment (as applicable).
  • A booking confirmation with Booking ID will be sent via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Verbal or informal requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash.
  • Full payment is required for same-day bookings and airport transfers.
  • GST will be charged as per government rules.
  • Any additional charges (toll, parking, night charges, waiting time, etc.) will be informed in advance.

4. Fare & Pricing

  • All quoted Pondicherry taxi fares and outstation taxi fares are indicative and subject to change.
  • Final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice due to fuel price hikes or government regulations.

5. Vehicle Usage & Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. AtoZ Tours and Travels will not be liable for any loss or damage.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle the passenger will be charged to the customer.

6. Luggage Policy

  • Sedan: 2 large suitcases + handbags (standard)
  • SUV/Innova: Higher luggage capacity
  • Extra luggage may attract additional charges or require a bigger vehicle.

7. Waiting Time Charges

  • Airport Pickup: Free waiting up to 45 minutes after flight landing.
  • Other Pickups: Free waiting up to 15 minutes.
  • Extra waiting charges will apply beyond the free limit.

8. Route DeviationsAny change in route or additional stops requested the customer will be charged extra as per applicable rates.9. Force MajeureAtoZ Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control such as:

  • Natural disasters, heavy rain, floods
  • Traffic jams, roadblocks, strikes
  • Government restrictions or pandemics
  • Vehicle breakdown (in such cases, alternate arrangement will be provided)

10. Child & Infant Policy

  • Child seats are available on request (subject to availability).
  • Infants and children must be accompanied an adult.

11. Refunds & Cancellation
All cancellations and refunds are governed our Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for complete details.
12. Limitation of LiabilityAtoZ Tours and Travels Pondicherry shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
13. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pondicherry.
14. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
